Wet layup and oven cure of Toray T700 / Epon 862 laminates built to aerospace standards. Two panel configurations fabricated for mechanical testing and repair qualification.
Lab Oven to Composite Vacuum Oven Conversion
A hands-on workshop build converting a standard laboratory oven into a composite curing vacuum oven. The modification involved drilling a through-body NPT fitting and plumbing a vacuum line to enable vacuum-bagged cure cycles.
